9 a.m. - 7 p.m.: Opening of the Show and collection of bibs on the Esplanade de la Major + group lessons by Les Mills
Sunday November 9, 2025
7:00 a.m.: 21km warm-up by Les Mills
7:30 a.m.: Start of the 21km (Plage des Catalans)
& warm-up 12km by Les Mills
8:00 a.m.: Start of the 12km (Plage des Catalans)
12 p.m.: end of races, prize giving, food trucks & DJ concert.
